The 2024 Hot Chefs & Cool Jazz Gala, in support of Junior Culinary Team Canada, will be hosted by The Fairmont Pacific Rim Executive Chef Damon Campbell. 20 of BC's finest chef's will be providing exclusive dishes specifically designed for the event.

Join us for a night to remember as BC's top chefs get together for one night only. This experience is one you don't want to miss. Enjoy live chef cooking stations, featuring exclusive dishes designed for this event only, paired with award winning wines, all accompanied with live jazz music.

Come celebrate the amazing accomplishments of Junior Culinary Team Canada! All proceeds from ticket sales for the event will support Junior Culinary Team Canada Members as they prepare to compete at the Global Chefs Challenge in 2024!

The Gala’s host, Chef Campbell, was team captain for Culinary Team Canada in 2005 and 2006, leading them to gold medal victories at the World Culinary Olympics in Germany. In 2003 and 2004, he was also a silver medal winner as a member of Team British Columbia with numerous gold and silver wins across Canada.

Each chef will be paired with a member of Junior Culinary Team Canada and will cook right in front of you in the Star Sapphire Ballroom at The Fairmont Pacific Rim.

VIP Tickets - 6:30 pm - CA$300.00

The VIP experience will include early access to the event at 6:30 pm. Exclusive use of the VIP lounge and VIP wine station. As well as and exclusive dishes designed by Chef Damon Campbell of The Fairmont Pacific Rim.

General Admission - 7:15 pm - CA$185.00
(taxes and fees included)

General admission starts at 7:15pm for all chef stations and wine stations (excluding VIP lounge)

** Must be 19 years of age or older to attend. No minors allowed.

** you must be present at the draw of the door prize to be eligible to win

** Refunds only available 7 days prior to event. We will happily offer a credit for our next event if you suddenly are not able to attend.

** This is a cocktail style reception and limited tables and chairs will be available.
